Of course, it's up to you, but it would be incredibly beneficial for you to choose from your office/workplace. Take a walk with someone from a different department or take a different route to your next client appointment. You'll miss opportunities for discoveries and unexpected encounters if you do the same thing every day.
Use your smartphone. You're probably looking at your phone anyway. An app that provides a prompt, question, tip, reminder, or prompt every day is a good choice. You might prefer a game or a more structured planner. You can find what motivates you and then use it to hold yourself accountable.
